Green roof and plant at roof level. • Vehicular access to the development from the existing roundabout arm of Technology Park estate road. Provision of additional pedestrian and cyclist access points. 193 no. car parking spaces (including short stay spaces, taxi drop off, accessible parking and staff parking), 4 no. coach parking spaces, and 66 no. bicycle parking spaces (visitor and staff). • All associated landscaping and boundary treatments, all associated site development including import, export and reuse of material to achieve appropriate site levels; water services provision, public utilities, public lighting. • A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) have been prepared in respect of the proposed development
