Development Description:
The development will consist of the refurbishment and extension of the existing house and outbuildings. In detail: 1.) The demolition of two single-storey wings to the rear of the house and a modern first floor addition. 2.) The construction of a new range of single storey outbuildings to the rear partially buried into the hillside containing an art studio, study and gym with a roof terrace over. 6.) The construction of a single storey covered terrace to the rear. 7.) All associated groundworks, services and landscaping.
