Development Description:
Planning permission for development comprising amendments to a permitted development under Reg. Ref. DCC-5252/22 (An Coimisiún Pleanála Ref. ABP-317818-23) at Parkview, Ballymun, Dublin 11. The site extends to approximately 0.26 ha and is bound by Parkview Road to the north; Nos. 58, 59 and 60 Parkview Grove to the west; nos. 16, 17 and 18 Oakwood Close and open space including mature trees to the south; and brownfield lands to the east.
The proposed development will consist of:
