5) the widening of first floor bathroom window to rear elevation;
6) new 2 no. Velux rooflights to the rear of house. and 1no. velux to front;
7) attic floor conversion with flat roof dormer window to the rear;
8) internal modifications;
9) minor alterations to all elevations & all ancillary works to facilitate the development.
