Numbers 89,90,91 + 92 Leeson Street Lower are Protected Structures – Ref numbers 4444, 4445, 4446, 4447 in the DCC Record of Protected Structures. The approved building consisted of a Gym at basement level, with an access tunnel link to the Administration building, and the equivalent of five floors overhead.
