PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development is proposed on the curtilage of a protected structure and will consist of minor demolitions to the existing hospital, including the removal of four windows, one door, and an external ramp, to facilitate the construction of a single-storey extension with a roof-mounted air handling unit and associated screening.
