Development Description:

For permission for development at the Meridian Court building on the corner of Spindrift Avenue and Magellan Crescent, Royal Canal Park, Pelletstown, Dublin 15. The development will consist of change of use from office to residential use to provide 29 no. apartments (7 no. 1-bed, 16 no. 2-bed and 6 no. 3-bed units), accommodated on the 1st to 6th floors of existing vacant space over an existing vacant ground floor retail unit in a mixed-use building known as Meridian Court. Associated bicycle parking, waste storage and plant rooms will be provided in an existing single storey shared basement. The development includes refurbishment of the existing shared central courtyard space.
