The development will consist the following: Site clearance works and demolition of existing derelict recycling structures on site with total area of c. 2,213 sqm. Construction of 13 no. warehouses within 4 no. units, with maximum height of 15.2 meters, all with ancillary office, staff areas, bin stores etc. Each unit has access to service yard and loading / unloading area.
