Development Description:

The proposals will comprise of amendments to Unit 7 (K78 V6TY) constructed under Reg. Ref.: SD23A/0301 (as amended by Reg. Ref.: SD24A/0224W and SD25A/0011W). The proposed amendments will consist of: • Change of use from logistics/warehousing to logistics/warehousing/light - industry to accommodate a manufacturing use; • Reconfiguration of the layout of the unit resulting a slight increase in the total GFA from 12,650 sqm to 13,333 sqm.
