Development Description:

The proposed development will consist of: The construction of two logistics /warehousing units (Units 5a and 5b) with associated office accommodation, service yards, ancillary structures/areas, and substation with two switch rooms. The overall floor area of the proposed logistics /warehousing units is c. 12,191.9 sq.m (Gross Internal Area (GIA)) with a total of c. 922.1 sq.m of office space.
