The proposed development comprises: the demolition of a habitable dwelling (82.69 sq.m), The construction of 39 no. residential dwellings consisting of: 4 no. 1-bedroom maisonettes, 3 no. 2-bedroom later living units, 16 no. 2-bedroom houses, and 16 no. 3-bedroom houses.
