Develop Phase 3 of the wider Sand Wood Development, (generally bound by: the Southern Circular Road and Aghnaharna Drive to the north; the Holy Family Schools and Ashewood Walk to the east; and agricultural land to the south and west). Phases 1A & 1B (permitted under LCC Reg. Ref. 23/60350 & 23/60348) are currently under construction and applications for Phases 2 & 4 are submitted alongside this Phase 3 application.
