development of an amendment to the permitted Planning Application (Planning Reference 25/60014) located on Bord Na Móna lands within the townlands of Cloncraff or Bloomhill, Clonascra, Ballyduff, Clonaderg, Doon Demesne, Lackagh Beg, Lackagh More, Cormore and Corbeg, Corbane, Ballydaly, Kilcolgan Beg, Turraun, Lea Beg, Lea More, Oughter, Derrymore, Bunakeeran, Lumcloon and Broughal in County Offaly. The proposed development which is the subject of this application is located on a site extending to 0.12 hectares in the townland of Lea More in County Offaly. The proposed amendment will consist of; i. The development of a wayfinding Thematic Experience to enhance the permitted recreational shared cycle and walkway on Bord na Móna lands. The Thematic Experience will consist of a truncated pyramid landmark structure comprising a rainwater fountain and a perimeter drain. ii. The provision of PV panels, bicycle parking, staggered gates, associated hard and soft landscaping and all other ancillary and associated site work
