development of the alteration, renovation and extension to the existing hostel including Change of Use to a Domestic Violence Refuge development comprising of 2 no. two-bed units, 4 no. one-bed units and 4 no. studio units (10 no. units in total) and associated support spaces including resident communal and play areas, staff facilities, offices, counselling and meeting rooms and associated plant, store and sanitary facilities.
