Amendments to the plans, sections and elevations of the apartment block permitted under Reg. Ref. 20/400 and An Bord Pleanála Ref. ABP 310803 21, construction of which has commenced and is presently at first floor level. The amendments comprise reconfiguration of the stair core, circulation and internal apartment layouts, together with associated alterations to the elevations, roof and balconies, with no increase in the permitted ridge height.
