The proposed development will consist of:
1. The amalgamation of the two existing retail units (Unit 2 and Unit 3) (permitted under ACP Ref. 310348-21, and as amended under Pl. Ref. 25/60057) within Block J into a single convenience retail unit (c. 397.31 sq. m. Gross Floor Area), inclusion of an ancillary off-license sales area (c. 26 sq. m.), together with associated works including
the following:
a. Provision of signage zone associated with the development;
b. Provision of plant enclosures and bin storage area towards the northeast of the proposed development; and
c. Provision of all associated site development, and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development
