Permission for development which consists of: permission is sought by Valley Healthcare Fund for amendments to the previously permitted development under Galway City Council Pl. Ref. No. 22/322, which was accompanied by an NIS, and An Bord Pleanála Pl. Ref. ABP-318194-23, at lands at Seamus Quirke Road, Rahoon Road, Galway. The proposed amendments comprise of the following; 1. Permission to vary Condition No. 8 of An Bord Pleanala Pl. Ref. ABP-318194-23, with respect to EV parking at basement level. Revisions to permitted site boundary treatments, lighting, hard and soft landscaping, together with incorporation of ventilation louvres associated with the basement ventilation strategy. 5. Revisions to drainage and infrastructure works necessary to facilitate the proposed development and all ancillary site works
