Minor external alterations include the provision of a new glazed external door, external signage, and overhead external wall vents to the north-west elevation of Unit 17; provision of external signage and overhead external wall vents to the south-west and south east elevations of Unit 16A, provision of a new enclosed external plant area in an existing external area below street level; and provision of a new quench pipe termination at roof level.
