Permission for development which consists of: We, Derhinos Ltd, intend to apply for planning permission for development on lands at No. 60 Salthill Road Lower, Galway City, H91 TRC0 with a site area of 0.142 hectares.
The development will consist of the following:
I. Construction of new terraced houses in a single 2.5 storey building block on infill lands comprising of 5 no. 3-bed units;
II. Partial demolition works to the inside and outside of the existing 1 no. 5-bed dwellinghouse and associated structures resulting in a refurbished 2-bed residential dwelling, and a creation of new pedestrian access to the rear of the site from Salthill Road Lower (R864);
III. Provision of a communal bin store, a shared long-term bike store building (1 no. cargo bike and 16 no. standard spaces), and separate visitor bike parking (4 no. spaces);
IV. Provision of landscaped communal open spaces, private open spaces, revised boundary treatments, and public lighting; and
V. Internal footpaths, drainage and SuDS measures, along with all associated site development works and services.
