A Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising alterations to the Strategic Housing Development (SHD) permitted by An Bord Pleanála Reference 313827-22 and all ancillary site development works at Ard na Sailí/Castlelake, Terry's-land and Carrigtohill (Townlands), Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. The proposed development provides for the construction of 160 no. semi-detached and townhouse dwelling houses comprising of 13 no. 4 bedroom units, 79 no. 3 bedroom units and 68 no. 2 bedroom units. The proposed alterations will replace 158 no. permitted residential units consisting of 108 no. detached, semi-detached and townhouse dwelling houses (13 no. 4 beds, 64 no. 3 beds and 31 no. 2 beds) and 50 no. apartment/duplex units (35 no. 2 beds and 15 no. 3 beds).
