Amendments to the residential development permitted by Cork County Council Planning Reference 25/5966 at Elmbury, Carrigtohill (townland), Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. The proposed development consists of the construction of 28 no. residential units comprising of 12 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses and 16 no. 1 bedroom maisonette/apartment units to be provided in 4 no. 2 storey buildings. The proposed development will replace 27 no. permitted residential units which comprised of 10 no. 3 bedroom units and 17 no. 2 bedroom units.
