Cork A 7-year planning permission is sought by Lidl Ireland GmbH for the construction of a Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) and all ancillary site development works at an approx. 23-hectare site ‘E-Park’ the former Mitsui Denman Site. The proposed development includes: 1) The construction of the main warehouse and distribution building of approx. 59,710 sqm, which includes predominantly warehouse area (54,260sqm) and ancillary spaces including administrative/office spaces, recycling area and plant rooms.
