Amendments to as-permitted development at site within the existing Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical complex. The proposed development, located at the north-west corner of the existing IE8 pharmaceutical manufacturing building, will consist of the demolition of existing entrance and female changing room at ground floor and breakroom and offices at mezzanine level, modifications to the existing IE8 building to facilitate the construction of a 5 storey extension (including mezzanine floor) as-permitted under planning register no. 21/6388, to be constructed in two phases with phase 1 complete.
