The retention permission consists of:
• The Retention of the change of use for an existing workshop / manufacturing area from an agricultural sales building.
Permission is also sought for:
• The erection of a new Workshop building with associated two storey admin block to include for Offices, Sanitary rooms, Meeting rooms and canteen with associated building signage.
• The demolition of the existing building.
