for: (1) Renovation and extension of the existing stone-fronted estate cottage, listed under rps reference no. Cv0869, and the (2) change of use, renovation and extension of the existing forge to form a separate dwelling located to the rear, listed under rps reference no. Cv0870, both of which are included in appendix 19 of the cavan development plan 2022–2028, record of protected structures and, (3) permission is also sought for all ancillary works associated with the development.
