(j) Retention of the as-built self contained apartment on the first floor of 1940s existing extension to Annagh Lodge and the replacement of the existing fire escape stairs with a new fire escape/ access stairs . All associated site works including occasional car-parking and upgrading/ replacement of existing sewage treatment system
