1. Retention of the existing dwelling house built which differs in plan and elevation from that permitted under granted planning permission ref: PL00/166. The development consists of an existing structure to be retained which serves as a residential single family dwelling with all associated site work. The works to be retained consist of: a.) Omission of window on the north gable on first floor, b.) Inclusion of a ground floor door in lieu of a window on the south elevation, c.)
