Development:
The Electricity Supply Board (ESB) intends to apply for planning permission for development on a c. 5.6 ha site located within the existing Poolbeg Generating Station, Pigeon House Road, Dublin 4 (Eircode D04 XD82), which is licenced by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under an Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence [Ref. P0577-03].
