Development Description:
the proposed development will consist of: Amendments to provide for change of house types and minor reconfiguration of housing development previously granted under planning permission Pl. Ref: 24/60676 on permitted house sites 4-16 inclusive, 18-23 inclusive, 30-36 inclusive and 42-52 inclusive that includes for three additional units (40 units in total included as part of this application) bringing the total number units to 93 within the overall permitted development. The proposed change of house types is as follows: • 13 No. 2.5 storey detached & semi-detached 5-bedroom houses (proposed house Types J & J1) on sites 4-16 inclusive, in lieu of permitted 13 No. 2.5 storey detached & semi-detached 4-bedroom houses (approved house types C & C1). • 7 No. 2/2.5 storey terraced 3 & 4-bedroom houses (proposed house types K & L) on sites 18-23 inclusive, in lieu of permitted 6 No. 2.5 storey semi-detached 4-bedroom houses (approved house type A). • 7 No. 2/2.5 storey terraced 3 & 4-bedroom houses (proposed house types K & L) on sites 30-36 inclusive, in lieu of permitted 7 No. 2 storey terraced 2 & 3-bedroom houses (approved house types D & E). • 13 No. 2/2.5 storey terraced 3 & 4-bedroom houses (proposed house types K & L) on sites 42-52 inclusive, in lieu of permitted 11 No. 2.5 storey detached & semi-detached 4-bedroom houses (approved house types C & C1). The proposed changes will result in minor modifications to the positioning of houses, car parking spaces, landscaping services and associated site development works. The permitted site access and internal estate roads will remain unchanged from that previously approved under planning permission Pl. Ref. 24/60676
