the development will consist of the restoration of a small former rock quarry within agricultural lands and the re-contouring of the surrounding agricultural land using imported byproduct soil and stones within an area of a farm holding of 3.28 hectares (and using the existing access roadway of 0.21 hectares and existing access onto the public road) for the consequential benefit to agriculture.
