Development Description:

the development will consist of modifications to the development permitted under Reg. Ref. 23/580 with the approved name of ‘Rooske Gardens’. It is proposed to change the location of the permitted below ground surface water attenuation tank from its permitted location north of the permitted units to an area within the permitted central courtyard. The proposed development also includes landscaping and all associated ancillary and site development works to include modification to the layout of pipes, conduits and associated works. No changes are proposed to the permitted buildings. All on a total site area of approx. 1.19ha. The proposed development is located within the curtilage of a protected structure (Dunboyne Castle)

Waste: With regards to clinical waste, we will have a full clinical waste collection program in place and there is ample storage areas for locked clinical waste bins at the rear of the property. The dentist next door has their clinical waste bins stored outside, and I would also consider approaching them to enquire whether they would like to share facilities such as a purpose made bin storage shed. Local Integration: As well as being able to add to the high end, specialist practices in the area, we would be looking to support local businesses through activities such as purchasing patient lunches from nearby shops/cafes, buying medical equipment and medications from the local pharmacy of which enquiries have already been made as to setting up business accounts, collaborating with the local men's barbers and stylists and booking stays for staff Details...
