The development will consist of the construction of a new vehicular entrance and off-street parking area to the front of the existing dwelling. The works include the removal of a portion of the front boundary wall/fence, the installation of a new straight boundary wall to the adjoining property, and the dishing of the public footpath to facilitate vehicular access.
