Two storey, two bed house of approximately 100sq.m with single storey elements in the side garden. The new house will have materials and overall design to match the existing house and as per the approved reg ref SD08A/0659 with a single storey bathroom to the side and partial single storey kitchen to the rear with two new rooflights in the flat section of the rear roof.
