The development will consist of amendments to the permitted development as approved by South Dublin County Council under Planning Reg. Ref. SDZ21A/0022, and as amended under South Dublin County Council Reg. Ref.: SDZ23A/0029, relating to the local node building (Block CR) comprising of the temporary change of use of the permitted flexible community space (c.73.7 sq.) located at ground floor level within Block CR to convenience retail use, including the provision of an external bin store (8.4 sq.) and all associated site development works.
