The site is generally bound as follows: to the east by the Adamstown Boulevard and planned Central Boulevard Amenity Area; to the south by Adamstown Way' to the west by Aderrig Avenue (beyond which is Aderrig Phase 1); and to the north by Airlie Park Road (beyond which is Aderrig Phase 1); and to the north by Airlie Park Road (beyond which is Arlie Park Amenity Area ). This application is being made in accordance with the Adamstown Planning Scheme 2014 (as amended) and relates to proposed amendments to Phase 4 of development within the Aderrig Development Area of Adamstown Strategic Development Zone.
