1. Construction of a vehicle bridge (c.58m in length) spanning the River Rye, connecting Moyglare Hall Estate to the proposed Maynooth Outer Orbital Route (MOOR) in Moygaddy, Co. Meath (subject to separate and concurrent planning application to Meath County Council) .
