demolition of an existing unapproved single-storey concrete block agricultural shed and the erection of a new farm building containing 200 sq. metres (which is 33 sq. metres less than the floorspace of the structure which is to be removed) and extending to a ridge height of 3.5 metres (which is 1.8 metres less than the height of the existing building).
