The development will consist of a redesigned replacement dwelling from that approved under application 21404 to a two-storey dwelling, along with its repositioning onsite. Retention permission is also sought for the retention of the existing garage outbuilding for continued use as a dwelling for the duration of the construction of the new two-storey replacement dwelling, and subsequently permission is then sought for the garage outbuilding to then be converted back to ancillary accommodation (garage / gym) after the construction of the new two-storey replacement dwelling.
