Installation of non-illuminated signage to the east and north elevations of the building.
Alterations to existing club house to include demolition of the rear storeroom and a new side extension to the south elevation.
Proposed walking track surrounding the perimeter of the site with pedestrian bollards for safety along parking area.
Demolition of existing septic tank & installation of proposed sewage treatment system with associated percolation area and all associated site works.
Relocation of astroturf play area with associated ball walls on 2 sides
