(1) Change of use of the site from its former mixed use as a nightclub, offices and retail with associated storage to a proposed mixed-use development comprising a building ranging in height from four to five storeys, consisting of 2 retail units accessed off Castle Street, 1 commercial unit and 27 apartments (including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units) accessed off Spoutwell Lane, including a shared entrance lobby serving both the apartments and commercial unit, associated private open spaces for the apartments, bicycle storage, bin storage, stair and lift cores, internal courtyard, landscaping, drainage, utility services, roof-mounted photovoltaic panels and all associated site development works.
(2) Demolition of all remaining derelict structures on the site, including the front wall facing Castle Street and rear two-storey structure accessed off Spoutwell Lane
