Permission for development at a site of 1.2106ha on lands to the south of T junction on the R362 and immediately south of the Joe Duffy car showroom, L-7596-0, Monksland, Athlone, County Roscommon. The development will consist of the construction of a single storey discount foodstore (with an ancillary off-licence sales area) with a gross floor area of 2,358m²; (unit 1) a café/restaurant of 145.8m² (with a sheltered outdoor seating area) and (unit 2) a retail unit of 145.4m².
