Retention Permission and Planning Permission is sought for an increase in intensification of use and ongoing use of the existing backyard area of Lenehans Public House. Planning Permission is also sought for the construction of a timber noise barrier atop the existing wall at the western side of the backyard area to an overall height of c.4m; the installation of a noise limiter device within the backyard area; and all other associated works.
