(I) Construction of a Control and Softener Building for process water, comprising of a floor area of approximately 156.6 sq. m and a maximum height of approximately 6.5 m and associated underground regeneration water sump tank with a capacity of approximately 36,000 litres. (II) Decommissioning and removal of 4 no. existing overground pressure filter tanks; installation of 4 no. replacement overground pressure filter tanks, each approximately 5.3 m maximum height and 20,000 litre capacity; associated access platform approximately 5.3 m maximum height; and associated concrete slab of approximately 106 sq. m.
