Recycling wash plant to include screening, 2. Installation of a re- cycling wheel wash at a location in variance to grant of permission 09/1688; 3. Construction of 3 lined settlement ponds for use with the wash plant; 4. installation of a bore hole to provide top up water for the wheel wash and wash plant; 5.
