a ten year permission for the construction of a mixed use arena of 7,201sq.m in floor area over a footprint of 5921sq.m. The arena will be 22.2m in height and constructed from a twin-skin pressurised system (finished in PVC-coated polyester) with gabion wall to external gnd. level. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.
