a change of use and redevelopment of St Philomena’s (former School) from Community Church / Education use to Student Accommodation use which will comprise 4 no. 1 bed apartments and 6 no. studio apartments within the footprint of the existing buildings. The proposed development includes the following works ; a. Conservation and redevelopment of the existing St Philomena’s buildings. b.
