Development Description:
The construction of 45 no. dwelling houses and all associated ancillary site development works including access, footpaths, parking, drainage, landscaping and amenity areas. The proposed development will be accessed via an existing entrance on to the N72 Mallow Road via Mullavale residential estate and a new entrance on to Mill Road. The proposed dwelling houses will replace 63 no. residential units previously permitted under Cork County Council ref. 04/8107 (extended under Council ref’s 10/4568, 13/4783 and 18/5156). Extension of Duration to Permission granted under Planning Ref. No. 19/6554
