a) Permission for Retention and completion of commercial development to the rear/eastern façade of existing facilities granted under planning ref 13/6318 and extended under planning ref 18/7271 with following revisions
i) Change of plan/material alterations including loading bays/canopy and dispatch office with an increase in floor area (357m2)
ii) Parapet added all around and canopy to the southwest Façade
iii) Elevational Changes all around including retaining wall to the east façade.

iii) Extension, material alterations and change of use (from existing warehouse) to New Blending Area with the addition mezzanine floors within Facility.
iv) New Fire Water Pumphouse located alongside existing Water Storage Tank
v) New Wheel Wash located along the front/Western Boundary.
vi) New Car Park/Lorry Parking area on existing hardstanding yard to the south of the Facility
vii) New Concrete Yard in front of Loading Bays to the south of the existing facility
viii) New Canopy to the southwest façade of the facility
ix) Elevational changes all around
x) All associated ancillary site works, landscaping and drainage services
