I. The Construction of a new Burial Ground, Concrete ground beams for headstones and Columbarium Walls,
II. Proposed traffic calming measures and signage on the R524, a new vehicular entrance on the R524 to the northeast of site and carpark access roadway.
III. Provision of a carpark to serve the existing Greenway and the proposed Burial Ground, which consists of vehicle and bicycle parking, vehicle set down areas, EV Charging and disability parking spaces and motorbike parking.
IV. The provision of site structures to include bin stores and a utility maintenance store.

VI. A universally accessible ramp and handrail structure, and steps to link to the proposed development to the existing greenway,
