Permission is also sought for 2) : Alterations with a change of use of the adjoining Alms House which is also a protected structure (RPS ref.: TTP98 and NIAH Ref. No. 21003350). Works to include the change of use of an existing retail and office building into additional hotel accommodation to be integrated with the adjoining warehouse into a combined 37 bedroom boutique hotel. Alterations to the Alms House to include: Partial demolition of rear and side extensions with new replacement extensions to the rear and side of the building as previously granted under planning permissions Ref. No.’s 22/1002 and 25/60814. Works to include the provision of: i) The main hotel entrance foyer, reception areas, and ancillary facilities; ii) 5 no. twin/double hotel bedrooms with en suites at first floor level; iii) associated internal and external alterations to the building; iv) new shopfronts, signage, and canopy to the eastern façade; and v) all associated site development works. Permission is also sought for 3): The construction of a new Orangerie/Conservatory within the existing shared and connecting courtyard of the buildings. Works to include the provision of a seated dining area within a glazed canopy, ancillary circulation, toilets, stores and bin stores, all internal and external alterations and connections to the adjoining buildings, and all associated site development works
